We have been on rocky road for some time . He cheated on me 6 years ago. I went through his phone on the day of his surgery because he was acting weird. I found the texts he reached out to her about a month before he had his gastric sleeve surgery which was done on 5\/18\/23 There was nothing sexual in the texts in fact she didn\u2019t even know who was texting her for a while. I didn\u2019t say anything. But it hurt like hell to see he talked to her. So I woke up as I usually do to give him medication at 4 am on may 25 and he wanted to have sex . Which unfortunately he was unable to perform. He was extremely upset and It was my fault. So we got up. I had to get my girls for a drug test for their summer job and that\u2019s when the hateful thing\u2019s started to come out of his mouth. Calling one of my oldest daughters lazy and I stood up for her and he got in my face and yelled what did you say,?and proceeded to rip my apple watch off my wrist. I run to pick it up so the dog won\u2019t eat it . The girls and I proceeded to leave to get the test done. We get done and I noticed it\u2019s close to the kids having to get on the bus . I drop them to the bus, stop by my job so I can pee and go back yo drop my oldest for work. And that\u2019s when I hear my phone is blowing up . Yelling and screaming at me whine I call telling me why am I at work . I\u2019m lying about where I am. I said no. I\u2019m not lying but what about you,? Why are you lying. Now the FaceTime calls start. Cursing telling me I don\u2019t know what I\u2019m talking about. I tell my daughter to go to work now it\u2019s 8:15 and she says, mom don\u2019t go home he\u2019s gonna kill you. I said I\u2019ll be fine. After she gets out i answer his FaceTime and go up to my favorite spot to get away and told him I know you messaged her . I found it in your phone. You deleted it but not from recently deleted. So now he\u2019s even more pissed. He is leaving the house saying get home I said no I\u2019m fine I\u2019m I which he says I\u2019m totaling 2 cars today . I\u2019m gonna smash into you. I said fine I\u2019ll come home . I proceeded back into town and he\u2019s yelling telling me I\u2019ve been everywhere your lying where are you . I say I\u2019m getting ready to turn the corner as I say it he turns from opposite direction and stops short within inches of me . I turn and he follows then passes me and stops in front gets out and comes toward me I back up and he gets back in the car and heads home and I follow. He pulls into the driveway at 8:30am first opens the garage I proceeded to walk in and he kicks me into the garage grabbing me by my foot . Rips off my shoe throws me on the floor and picks up a 40lb of dog food and just keeps slamming it down on me . The sound is being recorded by the ring camera . He picks me up by my hair and throws me in the house ripping off my other shoe grabbing me by my bra, which he rips and the grabs me by my shirt and chokes me. Until he rips it off. Then my underwear through my pants and the pants. Now completely naked he\u2019s grabbing me by my hair and cracks me in my right eye. I instantly feel it swell up. He says now you got a black eye to match your bags. Then he grabs an umbrella and whacks me over my knuckles.the umbrella breaks in half. I put my hand up to block and I touched his stomach where the staples were and he saw red thought I was fighting back. Grabs me by my hair and Brings me to the bedroom grabs a can of aquaphora and sprays me in the face. They he tries to shove the can in my vagina. I slid across the bed. And he grabbed his cane and whacked me straight down my spine . Then again on my thigh, right side & left side . Then he says I want you to clean go do something . Let\u2019s go the living room again throws me by my hair . So I go to dust the living room. He grabs the pledge from me and sprays me in the face and says before that you\u2019re gonna go behind the sofa and any dust behind it you\u2019re gonna shove in your P*ssy. As I found any I pretended to do as he said and hid it . Then he found a sock and tried to shove that up there , I cried no . I just had no more tears, but my screams were still heard. We went downstairs and he started throwing metal dishes , lamps and then he opened the chest freezer and said I\u2019m going to lock you in so the kids can find you dead.. I said no. And resisted and he threw me up against a metal shelf. I collapses . He went upstairs and I was trying to find a broom & shovel to pick up the glass from the lamp and everything else all over the floor. And he throws an air fryer then he came down picked it the 2 pieces and proceeded to slam but over my head . Now I\u2019m dizzy and can\u2019t stand , see or even want to fight back . He\u2019s starting to get out of breath. He grabs a can of hot pink spray paint and sprays my whole left side of my body front top of my head to my bottom of left thigh . He goes up stairs and asks the Alexa what time it is. I hear 11:03. Once I heard him lay down I ran to my laundry room, grabbed a shirt , pant light hoodie and old shoes. Ran out a back door through the neighbors backyard my road and the neighbors behind me are both dead end roads.I ran to the field where I passed out unconscious until 2:30. when I heard the car at the end of the road near where I was I knew he was going to pick up the girls from school. I knew that my only chance to get out and save myself and my kids was to run down that field to the nearest person. That\u2019s where I found the nearest was my oil company\u2019s garage where my best friends husband works. He barely recognized me and brought me to the hospital. Where I decided that this was it. I wasn\u2019t taking it anymore. He tried to tell my kids I just left them but I would never do that. He brought my younger girls home .
