Peg Thompson Survivor Sister Story

My name is Klodina Sadiku and I am a victim of domestic violence.

My ex stabbed me in the eye area while I was 8 months pregnant with our child. He is currently awaiting trial for domestic battery and bodily harm. There were multiple occasions were he beat me and left bruises all over my body. He also put his hands around my throat.

After out separation, he filed for custody in court claiming that I am mentally unstable. I have never had a unstable or mental diagnosis in my life. But, he is turning everything around on me.

He physically, emotionally and financially abused me. Although I’m free of the pain, he still continues to make my life miserable with my child. At this point I am running out of funds to pay my lawyer. I am beginning that someone help me start a go fund me page in the fight for my daughter.
