Chelley David Survivor Sister Story

 

My nephew Keith Culbertson was murdered in 2003 by Baron Earl Moore. He was 28 adopted and only child. To this day my sister and husband are basket cases. Moore got life but because of state of Florida it fad been reduced to 25yr. Omg. He shot 4 times and killed Keith. You can google scooby do killer. And my nephew comes up. Or Miami herald. Omg. Why did Fla change from life to 25. Only because one word was not written somewhere and that word was not even offered. Also the killers girl friend ended up working at same prison as my sister husband to try to get him broke out. But my brother-in-law stopped that. Omg.
