“From Trauma to Tragedy: A Journey of Resilience and Loss”

My story began at the age of seven when the babysitter stared to abuse me, it then went on to me being brutally taped at the age of 14 years of age, i was so unhappy at home and my mum was going out all the time and sleeping with different men. I dont know if she wasnt happy all i know is my dad appeared to be a good man, i remember being put in a black maria cause she had took things, I remember bei ng put in a home cause she wasnt bothered. All my life was a struggle but i prevailed and did good for everyone , i became a good carer and was good at all i did, but i kept a deep dark secret that i never felt good enough, i met my third husband and spent 20 years with him but he died in my arms 3 weeks ago im devasted. H e died in my arms of a heart attack which i had had in 2015. Im strong but im in a rut and ive had enough. I dont know who you can trust if any .
