My story started with isolation. My husband didn’t like my brothers or my mom. He would never go with me when ever I did visit my mom. And I took that time to talk to my mom. I didn’t keep in touch with friends or co workers. We had our first born at this time. I suspected him of cheating with his mom’s friend and business partner and he said it wasn’t true then he really cheated on me a co worker. He sucker punched me after an argument and he took me to the hospital. I got stitches on my eye and it turned black and blue. left him and moved into two different apartments. He would come around for sex once in a while. And he would say “do you want me to have sex with someone else?” And I said no and I gave into him. Then I got pregnant again and he didn’t want the baby. But I had him anyway. We got back together after our son was born. Then he would go drink with his friends.Then we moved into a house to rent. Then I accused him of cheating again. Then I left him again and me and my two sons moved back to my moms house. He started coming around again and we got back together and he moved into my moms house with us. We were happy for a while and we planned and convinced our third and last child. Then we would argue and he would hit me and yell in my face. I reported it to the police and got a restraining order. After multiple breakups and getting back together we are currently still married and living together with our youngest son and his girlfriend. Our two older sons are living in their own apartments with their partners. He cheated on me a year ago online by texting and calling some woman in the Philippines. I forgave him again but it’s been very stressful. I’m currently in therapy and I have a lot of anxiety and depression. I’ve been on anti anxiety and anti depression medications. My husband works from home and he’s ocean fishes often. I’m a homemaker, I haven’t worked in years because I have Pemphigus Vulgaris. An Autoimmune Disorder. I’m currently in remission for three years.
